*During a QHHT® session, the SC (Subconscious) is contacted and the QHHT® Practitioner asks it to identify and explain the underlying cause of any problem. After that, the SC is asked if it is possible to promote well-being for the condition. Over the years, many of Dolores Cannon's clients and subjects have experienced well-being through this seemingly miraculous manner and have expressed gratitude towards her. This inspired her to start teaching QHHT® in 2002 so that others could learn and continue the practice to help as many people as possible.
Before achieving well-being, one must first have the desire for it and it should not hinder the lessons they need to learn in their current life or the contracts they made before reincarnation. Our souls are everlasting and we come to Earth to develop and learn from individual experiences. For instance, if restoring the sight of a blind person conflicts with the lessons they agreed to learn before their current life, their Subconscious may not permit it.
The Subconscious has a literal approach when it comes to well-being. It recognizes that if someone is suffering due to abuse or neglect of their body and they are unwilling to take any action to correct this or have no desire to change, promoting well-being for that condition would be pointless as the person would just resume the abusive behavior.
