A directive, goal-oriented hypnosis approach
Focused Hypnosis Sessions are directive, issue-centered hypnosis sessions designed to support change at the subconscious level. This work focuses on one primary intention at a time and may support areas such as habits or patterns, stress or anxiety, confidence and self-worth, fears or phobias, life transitions, or other personal goals.
This approach is structured and guided. The client’s role is simply to relax and follow guidance. Rather than relying on self-led exploration or spontaneous insight, the work focuses on directing the subconscious toward more supportive responses and reinforcing perspectives that align with the client’s goals.
Focused Hypnosis Sessions are not primarily regression-based. While the emphasis is on directive work, regression may be used selectively if it is helpful or appropriate for the individual, such as revisiting a time before a pattern or habit developed. When used, regression is guided and purposeful rather than exploratory.
Sessions are designed to support progress over time and may take place over one or more sessions, depending on the individual and the nature of the intention being addressed. The work is practical, contained, and focused on helping the subconscious respond in ways that better support daily life.
This approach is distinct from QHHT and does not follow the QHHT method. QHHT is a longer, trademarked regression process developed by Dolores Cannon. Focused Hypnosis Sessions offer an alternative for those who prefer a directive, goal-oriented hypnosis experience with flexibility built into the process.
