most out of it. Here are some steps you can take to prepare:


1. Set Clear Intentions: Reflect on what you hope to achieve from the session. It's essential to be prepared with a list of questions you want answers to before you arrive at your session. Divide your questions into two categories: life/personal and health/body. If appropriate, the Higher Self may provide physical and emotional well-being immediately or in the weeks and months following your session. 


2. Relax and Center Yourself: In the days before your session, practice relaxation techniques such as meditation or deep breathing. Cultivating a calm mindset can help you during the session.


3. Stay Open-Minded: Approach the session with an open heart and mind. Be ready to embrace whatever insights or experiences come your way, even unexpected ones.


4. Avoid Stimulants: On the day of your session, try to avoid caffeine or stimulants that may affect your ability to relax. Opt for light, nourishing foods.


5. Wear Comfortable Clothing: Dress in comfortable layers that allow you to relax easily. You may be lying down for an extended period, so comfort is key.


6. Limit Distractions: Arrange to be free from distractions during and after the session. This includes turning off your phone and letting others know you need uninterrupted time. Please plan for a session duration of 5-7 hours; you will be under hypnosis for approximately 2 of those hours. Although it may seem like a long day, it usually passes quickly!

Please Note:

  • The total cost for a session is $650. 
  • A non-refundable deposit of $125 is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance of $525 will be invoiced to you approximately one week before the session.
