  WHAT IS HYPNOSIS?


Hypnosis is a natural state of focused attention in which the conscious, analytical mind becomes quieter, allowing greater access to the subconscious mind.

1. Set Clear Intentions: Reflect on what you hope to achieve from the session. It's essential to be prepared with a list of questions you want answered before you arrive for your session. 


2. Relax and Center Yourself: In the days before your session, practice relaxation techniques such as meditation or deep breathing. Cultivating a calm mindset can help you during the session.


3. Stay Open-Minded: Approach the session with an open heart and mind. Be ready to embrace whatever insights or experiences come your way, even unexpected ones.


4. Avoid Stimulants: On the day of your session, you don't need to avoid caffeine altogether; try not to overdo it. It's also best to avoid other stimulants or anything that makes it harder for you to relax. Stick to your regular routine as much as possible and choose light, nourishing foods so you feel comfortable and at ease. 


5. Wear Comfortable Clothing: Dress in comfortable layers that allow you to relax easily. You may be lying down for an extended period, so comfort is key.


6. Limit Distractions: Arrange to be free from distractions during and after the session. This includes turning off your phone and letting others know you need uninterrupted time. Please plan for a session duration of 5-7 hours; you will be under hypnosis for approximately 2 of those hours. Although it may seem like a long day, it usually passes quickly!
